If freight shipment is selected, we will prepare the box, crate, or palletize the item for safe transit for a an additional fee. The packaging fee will be payable directly to us.
Returns
If Buyer is dissatisfied for any reason, we will accept returns and give full refund of the purchase price only as long as the following conditions are met:
- Buyer notifies us within 3 days of receiving the item that the item will be returned for a refund.
- Item is shipped back to us within 7 days of receipt.
- Item is returned to us in the same condition as it left our warehouse.
- Buyer pays all shipping and packaging charges, including shipping both ways and any applicable fees related to shipping/transport.
