Vintage Faux Leather Bookends, Embossed Design with Gilding

Description

I'm moving but won't be bringing all my books....so I'm selling this set of vintage bookends.
The bookends are a nice brown with a dark gilded, embossed pattern.
They are about 6" high, 4" at the widest and 2-3/4" deep.  I think the material is faux leather, although I find it hard to discern by smell or touch.
Very nice vintage condition from pieces I think date pre 1970.  There are no odors.  My house is non-smoking.
