Steering Wheel knob SINKO D.P. 104706 Plastic bakelite knob Vintage car part

For sale is a vintage "
SINKO
" steering wheel knob/ mechanism. A brown marble look. Unsure of the age...Cap on knob is bowed and there is a ding/ dent on metal insert part.  Has rust spots, scuffs, scrapes.  About 3" long including the metal base. The plastic/ bakelite knob part (a brown marble color) is around 1 1/2" x 1 3/4". Cap looks a little messed up but does spin/ turn and is still solid.  Base has
numbers of "

" and a
bracket part marked "
