    Make this wonderful quilt using scraps or control your colors.  You only have to make two different blocks to make this quilt.  Stars are always a favorite and the alternate block is an hour glass block, hence, the name, "Stars by the Hour".  Simple and easy to make.  Goes together fast!

    My quilt has no borders as most old quilts didn't and I like the look of the old quilts, however, you could add borders if you wanted to make the quilt bigger.
