The book is in very good condition, the 1st page of the directions has a few light marks, it doesn't interfere with the directions.  Sturdy pages, no tears.  65 pages.
General Instructions, 16 pages: quilting supplies, selecting fabrics, preparing fabrics, rotary cutting, template cutting, piecing and pressing, applique, borders, quilting, stencils, the backing, the batting, layering the quilt, hand quilting, machine quilting, binding, signing and dating your quilt, and a glossary.
Table of Contents: see photo for the entire list of quilts.  Each quilt shows the full quilt plus a photo of it in the home (spread out on a bed or over a chair, very nice pictures).  Good directions: gives the skill lever, block size, quilt size, yardage requirements, cutting requirement for each color, assembling, sashing strips, rows, border unit, and completing the quilt in a separate section.
I made Butterfly at the Crossroads from my daughter's wedding gown fabric, it was my 1st pieced quilt and it turned out beautifully, it hangs over her bed.
