This is for a brand new McCulloch Recoil Starter Pulley BUT IT HAS SOME IMPERFECTIONS.

These are new, but the collar has a small crack from manufacturing. We have all the remaining McCulloch stock on these, and they all are manufactured this way. I've ran mine with no issues for many hours but some users see them fail earlier. There is a YouTube video available online showing how to repair this where it holds up for a long period using a band just over the OD of the current ring.
