Description

A complete sheet of 25 provisionals, surcharged to handle the stamp shortage of 1929.
All the margins were removed before the surcharge was applied.
There are several constant surcharge varieties, the most apparent is where the T of Three is directly over the C of CENTS. This is in positions 1, 15 & 23
