Seller is not responsible for contents of original manufacturer sealed items (i.e. any damage NOT visible through the external packaging.
Many of the listings here are vintage items – 20+ years old – there is no guarantee of the condition of the item if the buyer chooses to break the original manufacturer seal.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to examine the toy/item upon delivery to verify condition.  If buyer opens/disturbs original packaging, any claim to return is void.

Buyer assumes the risk in the function of an older/vintage battery powered item.  Buyer assumes risk of condition of vintage manufacturer sealed items (i.e. battery leaks in battery powered toys).
OPEN PACKAGING / NO PACKAGING:
When appropriate, open battery powered item will be tested, and the results will be indicated in the listing.  This seller will NOT guarantee that these vintage items will work in the near/long term.
