The output is 340,000 BTU per hour.  Power supply 3 x 230 Volts and 120 Volts.  Age:  2007.  The carriage lifts the rack and rotates both ways.  Includes the hood canopy. The bakery stated they logged approximately an average of less than 9 bake hours per oven per week in the last 52 weeks.  According to the Sveba-Dahlen manual, the maximum baking temperature is 300 degrees C.
