Disney Store Tiny Kingdom MAYOR Figure Nightmare Before Christmas New Box 2.5"

This item is new in the package and was adult owned.  Box is about 3.5" tall and 2.5" across the widest point.  The figure is made of resin.
Features The Mayor of Halloween Town wearing his tall top stove pipe hat.  He stands about 2.5" tall.
Please note that while this item was not removed from the box, it was displayed in the original packaging and the figure is in new condition.
