This thing has four 3' x 6' trays on a rotisserie to bake a ton of items in a short time. This thing is beefy and was made to last. Condition is "Used" and is in pieces for transport, because that's what we did. Comes with the built in hood. You will need ducting to the roof to ventilate. Has been in storage for 18 months. Worked fine and was used at a local bagel company. We have video and pictures as we took it apart, we'll give you. It will take 2 normal handymen about two full days to reinstall it. 3 if they're a little dumb. You simply set up the rotisserie and the burners and then build the insulated walls around it. Then, add the controls. Wahla!!
Local pick up in Reno Nevada preferred. Willing to drive it to you within a couple hour drive and for an extra fee.
