These office units are a quick and easy office setup. Just sit them down on a pad and hook power up to the container and you have a certified Office container ready to go. Not only that, but these are easily moved from job site to job site, and still have an office that is certified with Labor and Industries Gold Seal for Washington, Oregon and Idaho!
These are pre-built units that have a desk with file cabinet at each end of the container.
They come with a Bard 1 ton heat pump that offers efficient heating and cooling, and even have an electric backup heat option. A programmable thermostat is an included option.
They come pre-wired with a 100 amp power panel, interior and exterior lighting. These are insulated containers with nice paneling on the interior walls and steel security bars inside the windows.
