    , serving as a valuable source of information about the Delta Quadrant, as well as chef, morale officer, ambassador, navigator, and holder of many other odd jobs.

    Jeri Taylor's diverse talents and skills as a writer, director and producer all contributed to her role as co-creator/executive producer of
    Star Trek: Voyager
    . Taylor also served as an executive producer of
    Star Trek: The Next Generation
    for the 1993-94 season. Prior to that, and since 1992, she served as co-executive producer of the series.
    An Emmy Award-nominated writer, Taylor joined
    Star Trek: The Next Generation
    in 1990 as supervising producer and held that position through the fifth season.
    Taylor's credits as a producer include the series
