I got this at an auction so I do not know how the autograph was obtained.  I have not authenticated the signature, but it looks like others for sale.   The signature and "Love Heidi!" bled through to the back side so it is not a copied autograph (last photo).  This appears to be a 1985 black and white copied promotion paper for the Movie Merchants, a Colorado video store.
